Ankita led the design of my CoCreate Schools website and designed the visual tools for my forthcoming book, Let Learners Lead (Routledge, May 2026). Across both projects, working with Ankita was an absolute pleasure. I really liked that Ankita is taking initiative and searching for knowledge and that she’s eager to listen and learn. I hope she’ll foster this feature even though she will inevitably advance in positions where she will be giving people more answers and guidance. Many people lose this ability when they advance in their career. I believe she won’t. Ankita has natural curiosity, and confidence to ask when she doesn’t know, and to actively listen to whoever is giving her information. Working with Ankita was a pleasure, and the results she produced were right on the mark. The end results were useful and will be used to develop Lindström further. I think it’s a fair assumption to say that her work will be visible in the next version of Lindström customer journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Ankita during the summer of 2025. I was impressed by her ability to really dig deep into the content and understand both the user’s and the business point of view, not just make pretty pictures. Of course, she did quickly create “pretty pictures” for us, but they were based on real use cases and helped people understand new concept ideas fast. Combining UX and service design thinking came naturally to her. Ankita’s personality and energy made collaboration easy, and I would gladly work together again.
